Students will be learning about proper sentence structure ( avoiding run on sentences and sentence fragments), and the proper use of adjectives and adverbs. As well, we will complete exercises using similes, metaphors, personification and imagery. |

All students are encouraged to sell as many calendars as possible at $20 each.
All funds raised will go towards programming and equipment for the Learning Resources Centre, score clock for the gymnasium and a new outdoor classroom/stage.
The prize structure for students is as follows: $300 for top seller; $200 for second top seller and $100 for third top seller.
